retreats, most typically, are defined as planning or teambuilding sessions
for executives and normally involve a two or three day commitment,
depending upon schedules of participants.
Typically,
OAC consultants serve as facilitators or coaches.
As
facilitator's, we may facilitate meetings pursuant to an outline
established for the group prior to OAC's involvement.
As
consultants, we offer established processes for topics: such as, Mission
Design, Vision Integration, Developing the Mission's Philosophy, and
Reviewing Strategy Sets.
Also
as consultants, we also offer introductory training for executives in The
Theory of Missions and various Zen Application Technologies.
