What is it?

New Business Design is a comprehensive process that guides the initiators of missions through the process of starting a new business.

How does New Business Design differ from existing business development strategies?

New Business Design is unlike any other business development process for several reasons.

First, it utilizes innovative mission design theory, philosophies and techniques, configured in a totally integrated package, unavailable through any other source. This structure assures that a complete design is in place and it assures that the resulting plan has considered and incorporated all necessary design features.

Second, it extends the concept of new business design to include the successful execution of the mission throughout its projected lifetime. It charts the evolution of the mission through the four stages of mission development, predicting based on sound mission theory, circumstances under which evolutionary shifts will be made.

Third, it includes critical path planning, with illustrative documentation of the long-range vision at critical junctures.

Fourth, involvement in this planning process, provides the mission's leaders insight into the underlying dynamics that impact both the current and long range design parameters necessary to hold the mission in place. Access to this information as it pertains specifically to their mission and learning to use it, significantly impacts the probability of mission's long-range success.

Fifth, it provides a structure through which the baseline dynamics of the new mission are easily identified and refined pursuant to your design criteria.

Sixth, it provides a sound foundation, through which humanistic and mechanistic integration of the mission can occur systematically and neurologically.
