Survey Services - Catalog # SS1

Organization Analysis Corporation (OAC) provides survey services to a broad array of clients and as such, acts as a neutral party in both the design and execution of the survey.  OAC consultants assist with and/or perform all phases of the survey process and provide assistance with corrective action planning and implementation of recommendations as necessary

Step 1 - Survey Administration - Catalog # SS2A

Surveys for a variety of situations are available.  They include:

  • Market Surveys

  • Product Surveys

  • Management Surveys

  • Quality Surveys

  • Cost Surveys

  • Attitudinal Surveys

  • Cultural Function Surveys

  • Organizational Function Survey

Step 2 - Survey Reduction - Catalog # SS2B

Data are collected via the internet and reduced electronically.  For surveys conducted inside the organization, It is recommended that employees convene in small proctored groups.

OAC's program is password protected.  New passwords will be issued to the client each day during the initial stage of the program.

OAC will process the data in its offices as the data are being submitted.  Information gleaned from the survey that is unusual may be brought to the client's attention as soon as results are verified.  Otherwise information gleaned from the survey will be coalesced with other methods of data collection and cited in the final report.

Step 3 - Reporting - Catalog # SS2C

A final report is provided that summarizes findings.
